Bicycle Donation to Shreveport Police Department
North Shreveport Business Association Foundation partnered
with Willis-Knighton Health System
to purchase 15 special patrol bicycles ($26,673.60) for the
Shreveport Police Department's Community-Oriented Policing Bureau.
These specially-equipped bicycles each have a 128-decibel, two-toned, handlebar-mounted siren
and special lights to assist Police Community Liaison Officers on patrol.
